The company requires a payment method and allows cancellation before the trial end but wont let you cancel. They have no information about cancellation on their website and offer no refunds. Do not give them a payment method.

This app is awful and not worth the 20 monthly they unsuspectingly charge and then are unwilling to refund. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment and just download audible.

Great app, lots of choices And very easy to use!

Disappointed. Downloaded app and when ever I tried to open the library it would shut down.

I was lured into signing up for this service because I did a search on a popular commercial title that led me to the site. After giving them my credit card information and logging on, it was clear that this is mostly public domain stuff. In other words, you can find all the stuff for free elsewhere. There are even some *free apps* that give you access to much of this content. No subscription necessary! As for podcasts, there are some great standalone apps, like Overcast, that are also free. Podcasts, by definition, are free! This app is misleading—Im guessing that it caters to newbies or oldsters who dont know any better.

This website/app is a scam DO NOT GIVE THEN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!! So I downloaded this app bc of an ad that popped up and I mean who doesnt love free audio books right? (WRONG) in the terms and conditions it states that they will NOT notify u when they will start billing your account. ❌❌❌ big red flag! Well... -stupidly- I made an account anyway... The books on this app are not even good. Not worth my time reading! And the customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I emailed them asking to delete my account and transaction-THAT WAS LAST WEEK!! And They still have not responded. Please dont make an account on this website unless you want to be scammed and your money drained.

This is the worse app Ive ever encountered it is 100% a scam and a lie with promises to 1000s of books it is a shame that anyone would ever lie this badly. This was a waste of time, money and mental capacity even knowing about this app. It only gets one star because you cant select to give them 0 THIS APP IS A FRAUD !

Easy to use. Love the book selection. Wish had a better search ability though. The foreign language courses included were nice surprise.

Great audiobooks for the whole family to enjoy although I wish there was more of a selection

The audio language books are a get find. Kids learning German this will help give us another tool.

Ive been trying to find a reasonably priced audio book service and I came across this site on-line. Was very happy to see that there is now an iPhone app too. The app is simple and easy to use. The quality of the audio is excellent. Downloads are quite fast and reliable. I expect more selections to become available as the site matures. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a low cost option to listen to as many books a month for a flat fee and thought Id found it but I was wrong. The selection is TERRIBLE!! There is nothing Im interested in and canceling your subscription is NOT easy. I made the mistake of searching for reviews AFTER signing up and I did not find any positive. I do not recommend this service. You are better off looking elsewhere.

I enjoy this app! Its very clean and simple to use. Im currently trying to learn a new language and was able to easily download my book without a problem. I highly recommend this wonderful application to anyone! - Brad

Cannot hear anything. Poor audio. Will cancel my subscription if problem is not fixed.

I downloaded this app. When I realized there werent any books there that I wanted, I tried to cancel my service. There is no way to cancel your service on their website. On Facebook other users have complained about not being able to cancel. Dont sign up.

Can anyone please tell me how I unsubscribe my monthly trial!??

Cant search, videos for play, link to contact them doesnt work. $20 a month.

Dont waste your time on this one. It keeps redirecting you to the home page even after youve typed a name of the book under search.. App isnt user friendly and books are outdated!!
